A weapon that belonged to the former president (PL) was seized this Monday (15), in a raid in the Federal District.
She was with a soldier who introduced himself as Eustácio Leite da Silva Filho, a member of the (Institutional Security Office) of the Presidency of the Republic.
The information was initially released on the website and confirmed by Sheet. When contacted, Bolsonaro’s defense did not speak out. The report did not locate Estácio.
The soldier was taken to a police station and reported that he was taking the weapon for repairs due to a breakdown, and that he intended to return it this Tuesday (16).
In a statement, the PM-DF said that, in an approach made in Taguatinga (administrative region of the DF), “a Brazilian Army soldier who was driving an official vehicle was sent to the 21st Police Station after being found, in addition to the institutional weapon regularly carried, a second firearm inside the vehicle”.
“During the incident, the person approached reported that he did not have documentation for the second weapon and declared that the weapon belonged to a third party. In view of the facts, the weapon and the driver were taken to the 21st DP.”
Bolsonaro has been in hospital since March 27th, after being admitted to a hospital for two weeks, with injuries in both lungs.
