A young Spanish woman from Madrid is in preventive detention in Mexico, after being detained during a police operation on a farm where parties allegedly associated with drug trafficking and erotic shows were taking place for guests of high economic power.
According to , the young woman, named Yaizahad traveled to the country to celebrate his 18th birthday. She is accused by Mexican authorities of involvement in the alleged kidnapping of a Spanish friend, who was allegedly prevented from leaving her home. five day party planned by the alleged cartel.

According to the Fiscalía, Los Leones was the scene of events known as “Uncensored”where drugs such as tusi (pink cocaine) and the so-called Coco Chanel (a variation of tusi, a new synthetic drug originating in Medellín, Colombia) would be sold, in addition to shows with erotic content being presented.
Yaiza had invited her friend to travel with her to Mexico to celebrate her coming of age. According to the version transmitted by the Madrilenian family, both left for a planned stay of five days, after a group of friends promised them a party at a large estate. The celebration ended in the police operation and accusation of kidnapping.
The assault on the ranch resulted in the arrest of seven people, including Yaiza, a woman and two Venezuelan men and a Mexican citizen. After the release of the young Spanish woman who prompted the alert, the Fiscalía accused Yaiza of having participated in her retention.
“There was no kidnapping”
In Mexico, the crime of kidnapping can be punished with sentences between 40 and 80 years in prisonvalues much higher than those predicted in Spain for equivalent crimes. Given the seriousness of the accusation and the applicable criminal framework, the judge ordered the preventive detention of the young woman from Madrid.
Yaiza’s family completely rejects the Mexican authorities’ version. Cecibel Melendezthe young woman’s mother, stated on RTVE’s Directo al Grano program that “it is a kidnapping that never happened”. According to his version, the alleged victim was not deprived of liberty, but in a place where he no longer wanted to remain.
The mother also claims to have spoken to the young woman and says that she would have admitted that went through a difficult situation, but not that she was kidnapped. And he tried to convince the young woman to repair the damage caused to her daughter, without success.
Sources close to Yaiza also maintain that the friend who motivated the operation could have had her abilities altered due to alleged tusi consumption.

According to Cecibel Meléndez, Yaiza has been subjected to treatments that she considers humiliating during movements, being transported handcuffed on the hands and feet, with chains and with the handcuffs too tight. The family says the young woman complains of pain in her back, feet and ankles.
The authorities also associate this context with the murder of two Colombian musicians, although the text does not detail the concrete connection between these crimes and the case of the two young Spanish women.
