San Francisco – The leadership of ride-hailing company Uber Technologies has been sued by a group of shareholders who accuse its board of directors and advisory board members of violating rules in handling sexual harassment complaints. It said management allowed the company to compromise on compliance, which led to thousands of sexual assault and harassment claims.
