Kaprun – A 21-year-old man from the Czech Republic died in an accident in the Salzburg mountains on Tuesday afternoon. The man had climbed the Große Wiesbachhorn (3,564 m) with a companion. The Czech fell fatally – probably while crossing a snow field, said Martin Voglreiter, head of operations at the Kaprun mountain rescue service. The accident occurred in the area of the Lower Fochezkopf (3,033 m).
