Rome/Washington – Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has declared a return to normal bilateral relations between Italy and the USA after the public exchange of blows with US President Donald Trump. “I was surprised by what happened,” Meloni told the newspaper at an event The Truth in Rome. She doesn’t want to fuel the controversy any further. Cooperation between Rome and Washington must return to normality.
