PS Vice President Ivan Korčok had a traffic accident in Pezinok on Wednesday morning. The police are investigating her circumstances. Korčok informed about it on the social network. “Unfortunately, the driver of the other car has an injured hand, her minor child is, fortunately, fine, without injuries,” states Korčok, with the fact that the breath test of both drivers was negative.
The politician later described other details of the accident. “I was coming out of the side road. To the intersection. I know that intersection very intimately, because I go there very often, I am careful there. But it turned out that the attention was probably not enough today. So I want to say this quite unequivocally,” he quotes the ex-minister of foreign affairs
“A lady was involved in the accident, I am very sorry, especially that she suffered an injury to her hand. But that lady was extremely responsible, because she had a minor child in the car, in the back, in the seat belted according to regulations.” emphasized Korčok.
The politician publicly thanked the police and also the paramedics for their very professional approach. “I am waiting for further action from the police, but above all I wish this lady a speedy recovery. I also thank her husband, who immediately came to the place and everyone was very brave and very correct. I’m really sorry about the whole thing,” he said at the end of the video.
The investigation of the traffic accident that happened at the intersection of Komenského – Obrancov mieru streets in Pezinok was also confirmed by the police. According to the information obtained so far, there was a collision between two cars. “As a result of the impact, one person was slightly injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. Alcohol was not detected in the drivers,” informed Bratislava regional police spokeswoman Silvia Šimková.
