Joana Latino was on the program ‘Passadeira Vermelha’ this Wednesday, June 24th, together with Filipa Torrinha Nunes and David Motta, commenting on celebrity news.
The questions asked to Cristiano Ronaldo by some journalists about Lionel Messi, after Portugal’s second game in the 2026 World Cup, and the Portuguese player’s subsequent reaction were in the spotlight and Joana Latino did not spare any criticism.
“This is where I don’t like Ronaldo. The greatness of a person lies in the fact that he also knows how to celebrate the victories of people who have… which is on a very similar level to Ronaldo’s (…). Humility doesn’t look bad on anyone, Messi, as he is always humble, no one will provoke him and Ronaldo, as he doesn’t know how to be humble, obviously these things will haunt him (…)”he stated.
Faced with the statements made by the commentator and journalist, Elma Aveiro decided to speak out and on her Instagram account she was implacable.
“Does this idiot know him to talk about humility? Poor thing, get a job and stop talking about others that you are no example of anything, not as a woman or anything else”he considered.
