Leverkusen/Washington – Bayer has won a decisive victory before the US Supreme Court in the billion-dollar US legal battle over the alleged cancer risks of its weed killer glyphosate. The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that US federal licensing requirements take precedence over the laws of individual states.
