Photos published on the Internet indicated that it was a domestically produced Sunward SA 60L Aurora light sports aircraft. According to CNN, this model is owned by a local general aviation company.
The skyscraper, also known as China Zun, is the headquarters of Citic Group, one of the largest state-owned financial conglomerates in China. The iconic hourglass-shaped building was completed in 2018 and can be seen from all over Beijing.
