Naypyidaw-According to the UN Nothilfecoordinator Tom Fletcher, rainfalls could hinder the rescue work after the severe earthquake in Myanmar and lead to outbursts of illness. “Families sleep in front of the ruins of their houses while the corpses of their relatives are recovered from the ruins. Real fear of further quake,” Fletcher wrote to X. The survivors would need more tents.
