Berlin – The AfD (alternative for Germany) claimed to file a lawsuit against the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BFV) because of the classification of the party as secure right -wing extremist. A corresponding letter was sent to the responsible administrative court in Cologne, confirmed the spokesman for party leader Alice Weidel, Daniel Tapp, on Monday. The classified classification on Friday has rekindled the debate about a ban on the AfD in Germany.
