Three judicial news marks on Monday the open research on Alberto González Amador, the couple of President Isabel Díaz Ayuso. The first inquiries about the alleged fiscal crime of more than 350,000 euros. And the second, on an alleged crime of corruption in business for its business relations with the private health giant.
In this second case, the private accusations- legal configura that exercises the criminal action in order to prosecute some crimes- have asked the Immaculate Judge Churches on Monday to create Fernando Camino, chief in chief of prevention of González Amador, and the woman of this manager of the health company, Gloria Carrasco. Carrasco and Camino were appointed by González Amador in his judicial statement on April 10, where he was cited as investigated.
In this piece, the judge investigates if Amador acted illegally at business among its quality consultants, Maxwell Cremona and Masterman & Whitaker and the Quirón health group.
Chironprencia has been for years the main client of Amador Quality Consultants. In addition, he has done business for other ways in which he also appears on his way. One is the sale of masks that allowed Amador to pocket almost two million as an intermediary, in two payments (May and August 2020). Amador told the magistrate that he designed a “normal” commission, of 4.5% of the operation, taking into account what is usually charged in the market. The buyer was MAPE, a Galician health company in its board of directors.
The suspicious operation that is in the center of the investigation occurred months later, in December 2020. Amador acquired Circle of Beauty SL, a company dedicated to aesthetic treatments owned by the wife of Camino, Gloria Carrasco. He paid for her 499,836 euros despite its low market value, according to the finance inspectors who carried out the investigations before the judge took care of them.
This company, created in 2008, did not even have its own place. He shared headquarters with the pharmacy of which Carrasco was a title, a small apothecary in the Leon town of La Pola de Gordón, of 2,842 inhabitants. Beauty circle had barely counted in its origins with a couple of laser hair removal equipment, another body remodeling and a laptop. All those old machines had zero accounting value.
PSOE and more Madrid have also requested on Monday the statement as a witness Emilio Conde, another director of Quirón. And that the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard and the Central Unit of Economic and Fiscal Crime (UDEF) are involved in the investigation.
However, according to a letter to which Europa Press has had access, González Amador himself has asked the judge to close this cause. Consider that there is no crime.
Finally, this Tuesday was summoned in the open case against González Amador for alleged fiscal crimes who was an advisor to the president’s couple, Javier Gómez Fidalgo. The view has been postponed for next Tuesday, May 13.
