The court liberated Sebastian Kurz from the accusation of a crooked testimony. The Exkancela claims that he had never intended to provide false evidence.
On Monday, the Court of Appeal in Vienna deprived the former Austrian office of Sebastiana accused of crooked notice before the parliamentary investigation committee, for which he was given an eight -month conditional sentence last year in his original judgment. The verdict concerns the course testimony in the parliamentary investigation of the corruption case of Ibizagate from the time of his first government, which fell in 2019. Complaints against the process
