Austria could have saved five to seven billion euros a year for two decades-if politics had heard of Franz Fiedler and the “Austria convention” he headed. The former President of the Court of Auditors already submitted a ready -made constitutional draft and more than 1100 pages of suggestions from the convention to manage Austria easier and cheaper.
