Against the backdrop of gun possession

The killings of this nature are a perpetual scourge in the country, which one government after another proves to be unable to face, as many Americans want to keep their weapons, they do not even want to hear the restriction of guns.

The right of citizens of the country to hold weapons is guaranteed by the second amendment of the American Constitution.

In 2024, more than 16,000 people – without suicides being counted – were killed in attacks using firearms, according to the Gun Violence Archive NGO.

In December, Brian Thompson, the head of the largest US health insurance company, United Healthcare, was assassinated in the middle road in the same area in Midtown, Manhattan.

Luigi Mantzioni, a young computer engineer, was arrested and prosecuted for murder. In April, he said innocent when he was charged with the charges of homicide and preliminary preliminary court in a Manhattan federal court.
