The CBF allows registration of new athletes until one day before the beginning of the Brazilian Cup phase. As Flamengo will debut on Thursday in the round of 16, they can register players until this Wednesday.

With the name of Emerson already published, the player can already debut against Atletico-MG, for the game of the Brazilian Cup.
The only question is physical, if the player has a pace to enter. Royal has not entered the field since January 22, when he was injured in the first minutes of Milan’s victory (Italy) over Girona (Spain), by Champions League.
