The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has warned on Tuesday about “an economic war” if his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, does not access a high fire in Ukraine, and has affirmed that he had in mind “very serious” consequences if the conflict continues.
“It will not be a World War, but an economic war, and an economic war will be harmful. It will be harmful to Russia, and I do not want that,” he said during a meeting with members of his cabinet in the White House.
