The food stalls became one of the main meeting points, bringing together a great diversity of typical dishes of the region, all having cassava flour as a base. Tacacá, beijus, porridge and special farms are among the most sought after delicacies, valuing the local tradition and strengthening the cultural identity of Juruá.

The festival has also been consolidated as an opportunity for microentrepreneurs in the region, who take advantage of the space to market their products. Many point out that the event represents one of the highest warming periods in sales throughout the year, generating extra income and visibility for small businesses.
