Washington/Gaza-A post-war plan for the Gaza Strip circulating within the US government, according to a newspaper report, provides for a resettlement of the population, at least ten years of administration of the area by the USA and the reconstruction as a tourism location and as an industrial center. The “Washington Post” referred to a 38-page concept paper on Sunday.
