Lawyer Maxwell Vieira and the current controller general of , , are cited as the favorites for two vacancies for counselors at the State Court of Auditors that will be opened in the coming months.
Vieira should take the place that currently belongs to advisor Robson Marinho, who is expected to retire in December. He will be appointed by the Legislative Assembly.
The lawyer was passed over at the beginning of the year for another vacancy that had been opened at the court, which displeased the minister, to whom he is linked. Therefore, it must now be considered.
Rosário, who has the status of state secretary, is the most sought after to replace Roque Citadini, who retires in the third quarter of next year. The vacancy in this case is the governor’s quota, a friend of the controller general since his days at military school.
There will also be a third vacancy available, at the end of 2025, for counselor Sidney Beraldo, but for which there is still no strong name.
With the changes, Tarcisio will have appointed 4 of the 7 members of the court of accounts at the end of his term.
