Vila Cop: How is the hotel with daily rates of $ 300 that will receive only leaders in COP 30

Less than two months from COP, the capital of Pará, Belém, looks like a “construction site”. The assessment is from residents in the city that prepares to receive AA from 10 in November 2025.

To receive delegations from around the world, one of the main projects of the event is the Vila Cop Hotel, a high standard hosting exclusive for leaders, official delegations and international representatives – which will be transformed into Pará’s headquarters after the event.

The venture is the result of a partnership between the DMDL group and Quadra Engenharia, and stands out for the use of innovative constructive technologies, such as steel framea constructive system that uses light metal structures, usually of galvanized steel, to form the main structure of the walls and slabs. This method allows faster, more accurate and lower waste generation compared to traditional masonry techniques.
