The Presidency (PSD) stated that it intends to defend a broad amnesty for , criticized what it calls the excesses of the STF and proposed a minimum age of 60 to be a minister of the Court.

Caiado said that, if elected, he intends to immediately forward a project to Congress. “I will amnesty everyone, and, from the next minute, I will already be governing”declared in an interview with journalists R and Victor Ohana, from . According to him, the measure would be necessary to end what he classified as a prolonged cycle of political tension in the country.

STF

The former governor once again criticized the STF and stated that there is a “anomaly of the Brazilian political system”. He said he intends to propose changes to the criteria for choosing ministers and establish a minimum age of 60 for the position “and a distinguished curriculum as a jurist and constitutionalist”.

He also defended the resumption of presidentialism with greater control over budget execution. According to him, the current model of parliamentary amendments fragments the implementation of public policies.

SCALE 6 X 1

When speaking about reducing the scale from 6 He questioned whether there would be congressmen willing to vote against the change, but said he had another view on the ideal model.

“My thesis is about hours worked. You work as many hours as you want and on the day you want”he stated. In Caiado’s assessment, this format would increase the worker’s freedom and favor family coexistence. Even so, he declared that he respected the current debate and assessed that the proposal to change the scale tends to be approved.

When asked if he is for or against, Caiado did not give a direct answer: “Do you think that any deputy or senator will vote against a proposal that says you will work 5 x 2 and will receive the same thing? Which deputy will vote against? Which senator will vote against?”

CRITICISM OF LULA

Caiado criticized the economic policies of the president’s government (PT), especially the program. He said that the initiative does not address the causes of debt and compared its effects to temporary relief.

BOLSONARO

ELECTIONS

The pre-candidate said that being unknown by a significant part of the electorate is an initial limitation of his campaign.

According to CNT/MDA, more than half of voters say they don’t know him.

Caiado stated, however, that the positive evaluation of his management in Goiás can serve as a basis for expanding support. “Wherever people know me, I have an 88% approval rating”these.
