According to the column, the caption wants to form a “double of the marinas”, with both competing for the São Paulo PSB in the next 2026 elections.
Marina Silva, who is affiliated with the sustainability network, would compete for the election for the Federal Senate, while Marina Helou would try a term in the House of Representatives.
In April since year, after losing the election of Rede Sustainability, Marina Silva was invited to go to the PSB by the then president of the subtitle Carlos Siqueira. President Lula’s assistant was part of the party in 2015.
