Meme “I Don’t Know Her” has viralized on social networks and is still alive as one of the most iconic moments of Mariah’s career.
“The point is that I was being honest when I said that. I don’t know how big it was. In fact, it’s not something that happens most of the time,” said the singer. “How could I know her out of nowhere?”

At the time, Mariah accused J-using a sample that from a song that would come out on her next album.
The alleged boycott made Mariah change record label and since then the singer lives with constant questions about her opinion about Jennifer Lopez. In an interview with German Taff, she said she didn’t know J-him when asked about the enemy.
