Hallstatt – During official inspections of taxi buses and tour guides around the world heritage site of Hallstatt (Gmunden district) in Upper Austria, a number of violations were discovered on Thursday and six arrests were made. The police announced this in the evening. The focus was on commercial passenger transport and tourist guidance in the catchment area around the tourist magnet in the Salzkammergut.
