French President Emmanuel Macron again appointed Minister of Defense Sébastien Lecornua on Friday as a new Prime Minister, announced the Elysean Palace. This occurred only four days after Lecorn resigned. According to the AFP report, TASR reports this.
“The President of the Republic appointed Mr. Sébastien Lecornu as Prime Minister and commissioned him to form a government,” the presidential office specified in a statement. Lecorn has received re -appointment and by Monday midnight it will be to present the parliament’s budget.
“I accept – from the duty – the role entrusted to me by the President of the Republic to do everything in my power, and secured the budget for France by the end of the year and also addressed the questions of the daily lives of our fellow citizens,” Written Lecorna on Platform X. “We must put an end to this political crisis that upsets the French people, and this instability that damages the image of France and its interests,” He stressed the Prime Minister.
Lecorn was appointed for the first time on 9 September. On Monday 6th October, however, he resigned along with the whole government, And only a few hours after the announcement of the new composition of the Cabinet. His government thus became the shortest lasting in the modern history of France.
