It’s nice that the greatest comfort, the finest food and the nicest gadgets in business class are chosen again and again. While the awards regularly provide a wow factor about the amenities offered on regular passenger planes, for most of us what’s more relevant is where the “wooden class” isn’t too unpleasant.
