Flamengo faces Racing in the Libertadores semi-final this Wednesday (29/10), in Argentina. The team is looking for a place in the final after winning the first game at Maracanã. Rubro-Negro has almost the entire squad available.
Rubro-Negro visits the Argentine team in Avellaneda, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), at the Presidente Perón Stadium, the mythical El Cilindro. With the result of the first game, Filipe Luís’ team could even draw in the return match, in Argentina, and still advance to the grand final.
A simple victory for Racing, by one goal difference, takes the decision to penalties. If they win by two or more goals, the home team will move on.
Whoever passes the duel will face the semi-final qualifier between Palmeiras and LDU, which will be decided this Thursday (30), at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo.

Pedro returns against Racing in Argentina?
Pedro suffered a fracture in his right forearm in Flamengo’s victory over Racing in the Libertadores semi-final. With an immobilization above the elbow, the player is out of the return match, in Argentina.
The exact recovery time has not yet been defined by Flamengo, because there is a need to monitor the evolution of bone calcification.
The attacker was immobilized to prevent rotation of the fractured bone and ensure adequate consolidation of the injury.
While he is immobilized, Pedro will only continue to do specific work with his physical preparation. The decision at the moment is not to put him on the field immobilized.
On the other hand, Pulgar and Carrascal were suspended in the Brasileirão and are once again an option for Filipe Luís in this Libertadores match. Léo Ortiz is also at the coach’s disposal. In addition to Pedro, Cebolinha is also missing.
Probable Flamengo lineup
Rossi; Varela, Danilo (Léo Ortiz), Léo Pereira and Alex Sandro; Pulgar, Jorginho and Arrascaeta; Luiz Araújo, Bruno Henrique and Carrascal. Technical: Filipe Luís.
