The new approach to the Circle K application is a response to the growing customer expectations for simple and transparent solutions. More and more people appreciate the use of mobile applications that allow quick access to promotions and benefits without the need to accumulate points or follow complicated rules. Circle K focuses on convenience and transparency, which is why the new version of the application focuses on daily visits to stations, rewarding them with immediate discounts and additional prizes.

Discounts on every visit

The Circle K extra loyalty program is now based on the number of visits to the station, so the more often customers use Circle K services, the faster they receive higher discounts. Each visit – regardless of whether it involves refueling, shopping in a store or using a car wash – brings the user closer to the next level of fuel discounts. The system includes three discount thresholds depending on the number of visits in the last 90 days, and each of them means higher benefits. At the highest level, the user can get up to 0.08 PLN/l permanent discount on fuel. Circle K is the only nationwide network of stations that offers individual customers a permanent discount on fuel from the first visit. Just complete the registration in the application and the discount will be calculated automatically from the first liter, without limits within one transaction and without any restrictions on the number of refuelings. Thanks to this, each customer can use the discount as many times as they want, in a flexible and convenient way, fully appreciating the value of the program from the first visit.

Personalized in-app rewards

The new Circle K extra app also allows you to enjoy personalized rewards on a regular basis. After every five visits to the station, the program participant will see a set of five prizes to choose from in their application account. Users choose the reward that best suits their needs – it may be, for example, a free coffee, a hot dog, a car wash, a snack or a product available in the store. The reward selected by the user turns into a one-time coupon ready to be used at the station. This functionality is available only in the application, while the physical card allows you to use standard, permanent discounts on fuel and periodic promotions on products from the store offer. The new rewards system allows users to take full advantage of the daily benefits of the program, and personalized suggestions make each visit a simple and pleasant experience that really rewards purchases at the station.

We have created the new version of the Circle K extra program in such a way that customers can derive real benefits from it from the very beginning. Basing the mechanism on the number of visits means that everyone, regardless of whether they refuel, shop in the store or use the car wash, quickly experiences additional benefits, and subsequent visits bring them closer to higher discounts and personalized rewards to choose from. We wanted to move away from the traditional approach in which the customer must first prove his loyalty to the station. In our program, the brand is the first to give something back – when registering in the application, the user receives a package of welcome prizes, and upon the first visit to the station, a permanent discount on fuel. In this way, we want to appreciate the customer’s choice from the first visit and show that our relationship is based on mutual trust and partnership – says Rafał Droździak, head of Marketing and Communication at Circle K Polska.
