“This guy is trying to ask me to marry him, he has a ring on his hand,” said the singer. Soon after, Katy added: “I can’t! I’m dating someone else, for God’s sake!”, she replied, making the audience laugh.

The statement came days after the couple were seen together for the first time in a restaurant in Paris, France, where they celebrated the singer’s 41st birthday. According to Page Six, they stated that Justin is enchanted by Katy: “He’s over the moon. He thinks she’s the perfect woman. They agree on everything: politics, children and French food.”
Relationship rumors began in July, when the two were spotted having dinner at a restaurant in Montreal, Canada. Shortly afterwards, the politician was seen attending a show by the artist and, recently, they were photographed exchanging affection during a yacht trip in California, USA.
