One of the most notable voices in journalism, launches this Wednesday (12) the book “A Lenda Joseval Peixoto: Voz, Memórias e Versos de uma Vida ao Vivo”. Already on pre-sale in the main online stores, the production by Editora 45 and Fons Sapientiae will be officially launched at Livraria Drummond, from Conjunto Nacional, on Avenida Paulista, number 2073, from 6pm. With behind-the-scenes journalism and bombastic revelations, the Brazilian radio legend receives due tribute.
Journalist, lawyer, poet and radio presenter, Joseval is one of the most iconic and respected voices in the station’s history, presenting Jornal da Manhã on Rádio Jovem Pan for decades, in addition to historic sports narrations. Before arriving at Jovem Pan, he had an established career with stints on stations such as Rádio Emissora Paranaval, Rádio Presidente Prudente, Rádio Excelsior and Rádio Bandeirantes.

Among the most iconic, Pelé’s thousandth goal, scored against Vasco da Gama at Maracanã in 1969. He also reported on the magical third world championship of the Brazilian team, in 1970, with perhaps the greatest team of all World Cups.
He also presented Jornal da Manhã on Rádio Jovem Pan for decades, becoming synonymous with credibility and quality journalism. With an intense routine, waking up at 6am, going to the radio, then to law school and returning to the radio until 9pm, he also became a lawyer.
