London – The film character Bridget Jones, like Mary Poppins, Harry Potter and others, received a statue in Leicester Square in London. Oscar winner Renée Zellweger, who played the title role in all four Bridget Jones-films, attended the unveiling of the sculpture on Monday. The first film in the series was released 25 years ago.
