The President of the United States, Donald Trump, became visibly angry this Tuesday (18) when asked why he did not unilaterally release the files on the Jeffrey Epstein case.
He attacked an ABC reporter instead of answering the question and insisting he has no connection to Epstein.
“It’s not the question that bothers me. It’s your attitude. I think you’re a terrible reporter,” the president snapped when asked why he would wait for Congress to vote to release the Epstein files instead of simply doing it himself.
Trump then said ABC’s license should be revoked, arguing that the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission should review the broadcaster.
The president continued. “As for the Epstein files, I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. I kicked him out of my club many years ago because I thought he was a sick pervert. But I guess I was right.”
Trump then went on to attack Democrats, saying he had recently seen information about Epstein’s political donations.
“Just now I got a little report, and I put it in my pocket. Of all the money he gave to the Democrats, to me he gave nothing, zero, no money, but he gave money to the Democrats.”
Trump made the comments shortly before the House approved the proposal to release all case files linked to Epstein.
