Vienna – The Vienna public prosecutor’s office is bringing another charge against the former FPÖ National Council member Hans-Jörg Jenewein. He is accused of abuse of official power. The authority announced this on Tuesday. As the intended perpetrator, Jenewein is said to have commissioned another person to pass on files from the investigative committee to the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and Combating Terrorism (BVT). The second person is also charged.
