4.8 million people have now registered to use ID Austria. During the Federal Chancellery’s registration tour, which has been running since the summer alone, 900,000 people were added, State Secretary for Digitalization Alexander Pröll (ÖVP) announced at a press conference on Monday. In addition, more than a million digital driving licenses and registration certificates have already been issued.
