We can’t even imagine the holidays without classic fairy tales. Undoubtedly, one of them is Lifeguard and Vratko. Under the baton of director Martin Ťapák, the actress became famous thanks to the film Tereza Herz Pokorná, who portrayed Princess Julienka. She played alongside Štefan Skrúcané, Michal Dočolomanský, Milan Lasica and Emília Vášáryová.

Pokorná celebrated her 65th birthday in 2025. How does he look today? You can see it in the photo gallery. She gradually disappeared from the film cameras. Job offers dwindled after her marriage to Juraj Herz. As the wife of a famous director, it was not easy for her. “Once, for example, I learned that they didn’t want to cast me because they didn’t want to be under Juraj’s control,” she said in the past.

The marriage with the director, who was 26 years older than her, gradually fell apart. They divorced in 2011, but both found new partners earlier. For a while, all four even lived under the same roof. Pokorná and Herz were united by daughter Annelie and later by grandson Leon, who was born in 2017. A year later, Juraj Herz died at the age of 83. Tereza was comforted that she still had time to say goodbye to him.

Štefan Skrúcaný, who played the Lifeguard, also celebrated his 65th birthday in 2025. He finally found his happiness by the side of presenter Erika Judínyová, who gave birth to his daughter Ella.
