This year, the pyrotechnic show was led by French scenographer Christophe Berthonneau, who has already been responsible for fireworks at international events such as the Olympic Games.
In addition to the fireworks, the event in the capital of Rio de Janeiro also featured an unprecedented drone show.

In São Paulo, the city once again became the stage for one of the biggest urban New Year’s Eve celebrations in Brazil. Thousands of people occupied the road to watch the countdown, the musical shows and the fireworks display that lit up the sky and buildings in the central region of the capital.

Artists from different musical genres took the stage, such as Padre Marcelo Rossi, João Gomes, Ana Castela and Latino.
But the countdown to the arrival of 2026 was left to singer Simone Mendes, who performed one of the most anticipated shows on the schedule.
