The Romanian operator, which has been on the market since the beginning of November, was the target of around 200 complaints. Complaints against Meo, Nos and Vodafone also increased, mainly about difficulties in canceling services.
Since the arrival of the Romanian operator Digi on the Portuguese market, on November 5th, around 200 complaints related to your services. Preliminary data from Anatel, obtained by , reveals that 44 of the complaints were made directly to the communications regulator, representing 6% of complaints about electronic communications in the period.
Furthermore, 223 complaints were submitted through complaints books (physical and electronic), equivalent to 4% do total. Although the specific reasons for the complaints were not disclosed, there is the possibility of duplication of records, as a customer may have used more than one channel to make the complaint.

Meanwhile, the arrival of Digi, known for its competitive prices, forced the competition to adapt. The “low cost” sub-brands of major operators, such as UZO (Meo), WOO (Nos) and Amigo (Vodafone), were reformulated, with some becoming include television services to compete with the Romanian brand.
As for the impact of Digi’s arrival on prices, estimates estimate reductions of up to 7% in the medium term. For 2025, Nos has already announced the maintenance of tariffs, while Meo will apply increases in line with inflation. Vodafone’s decision is still unknown.
