The liquidator of Signa founder René Benko, Andreas Grabenweger, has obtained an interim injunction that the Liechtenstein Ingbe Foundation is no longer allowed to make any payments for the time being. The Princely Regional Court in Vaduz granted the corresponding request from the Innsbruck lawyer and insolvency administrator in a decision made on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
