Everything is waiting for a ruling from the Supreme Court. The US Supreme Court could soon decide whether US President Donald Trump’s far-reaching tariffs are legal – theoretically as early as this Tuesday. The case is of global importance, after all, trade barriers are Trump’s most popular foreign policy instrument, as the recent threats to Greenland show. But what would happen if tariffs were to fall?
