Trump says next attack on Iran “will be much worse” if there is no deal

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, warned Iran this Wednesday (28) to sit down at the negotiating table and reach an agreement on nuclear weapons, otherwise the next US attack against the country would be much worse.

“I hope Iran ‘comes to the table’ quickly and negotiates a fair and equitable deal — NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS — that is good for all parties. Time is running out, it is truly of the essence!” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

The Republican president, who withdrew the United States from the 2015 multilateral nuclear deal with Tehran during his first term in the White House, recalled that the last warning he gave Iran was followed by a military strike.

“The next attack will be much worse! Don’t let this happen again,” wrote the American leader. He also said that another “armada” is on its way to the country.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said he had no contact with US special envoy Steve Witkoff in recent days, state media reported on Wednesday (28).
