The company carried out search and seizure warrants this Thursday (29) related to deputy Eduardo Velloso (-AC), in a joint operation with the (Comptroller General of the Union) on suspected deviations from the so-called “Pix amendments”.
The operation was authorized by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court). The PF is investigating suspected misappropriation of resources in the order of R$912,000, arising from this model of parliamentary amendment, which allows direct transfers from the Union.
Called Graco, the operation carried out search and seizure warrants in Acre and the Federal District, but did not carry out these measures in the deputy’s office.
The amendments investigated would be used to hire a company responsible for shows in Sena Madureira (AC), in September last year.
According to the PF, suspicions of association with a criminal organization, bid fraud, corruption and money laundering are being investigated. The report has not yet located the deputy’s defense.
Velloso, who is in his first term as deputy, was a substitute for senator Márcio Bittar (União Brasil-AC).
