The death of a woman admitted to the ICU brings the death toll from the Adamuz accident to 46 | Spain

The death of a 43-year-old woman admitted to intensive care this Friday has raised the number of fatalities from the accident in Adamuz (Córdoba) to 46, according to Executive sources. 28 of the victims of this incident, more than half, were from the province of Huelva.

As of this afternoon, 16 people of the 126 who were treated after the train accident remain admitted to Andalusian hospitals, two of them in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the different health centers. The Andalusian Health Service (SAS) has reported a new hospital discharge and a patient has left the ICU. Of those 16 people, 15 are adults and one is a child.
