Vienna – After the death of an inmate at the Hirtenberg prison (Baden district), there are the first consequences. An official was suspended from duty and Justice Minister Anna Sporrer (SPÖ) apologized for “misconduct” to the dead man’s family, as “Zeit im Bild” reported on ORF on Friday evening. An internal report from the General Directorate proves serious errors: the analysis has now led the minister to file two disciplinary complaints.
