It is the brightest among the cocktails, tastes exotic, fruity, sweet and sour, delicately vanilla, is so stylish that it can be photographed perfectly, and has a name that seems out of date and clumsy: the Pornstar Martini. In recent months, the yellow cocktail with half a passion fruit floating in it has been appearing more and more often in international bars and on social media, and recipe sites are currently posting their recipe for the new must-have cocktail. It is also becoming increasingly popular in Vienna: “Many colleagues tell me that the Pornstar Martini has absolutely become a trendy drink,” says Dominik Oswald from the bar DashXDrop on Werdertorgasse 8.
