Bad Bunny marked the 68th edition of the Grammys with a strong protest against US immigration policies and made history by winning the Album of the Year award with «Debí Tirar Más Fotos», the first work entirely in Spanish to win the distinction.
In his speech, Bad Bunny dedicated the award to emigrants and called for the end of ICE, a message he repeated when receiving the award for Best Urban Music. “We are not savages, we are not animals, we are not aliens, we are human and we are North Americans,” said Bad Bunny.
