Catarina Gouveia used her Instagram account on the evening of Monday, February 2, to share with her fans that she has been experiencing difficult days with her family.
The digital influencer shared a photo with her husband, Pedro Melo Guerra, and their daughter, little Esperança, three years old, and in the caption she began by revealing that her partner gave her a big “scare” and that he is currently admitted to the hospital.
“Pedro’s favorite pastime has always been to scare me. Even if it costs him a good chunk of time, behind a quiet door and in absolute silence. And the louder my scream or my startle, the happier he feels. As he hadn’t scared me for a while, he thought it would be a good idea to tell me that he wasn’t feeling well and so he would go on a few days’ vacation to the hospital.“, he realized.
Catarina Gouveia chose not to reveal in detail the cause of her husband’s hospitalization, just telling how it all happened: “Friday morning, before the door knocked, he said goodbye to us, far, far away, before we imagined that that same day, he would never come back. (…) Today, we are going into the fourth night with our bed half empty. Don’t you think enough time has passed?”he questioned.
Then, and with a ‘distressed’ heart, the digital influencer highlighted Pedro Melo Guerra’s main qualities and asked her followers to ‘flood’ the comments box with messages of affection, so that her partner can read them.
“Now, do this battalion of exams that have to be done and don’t let us feel bad. Do we have an agreement? We really want you back here, with us, and we will take care of you, with an all-inclusive regime, much better than the hospital!”it ended.
Moments later, Catarina Gouveia was still in the hospital bed with her husband and reflected: “2026 arrived in the form of a master. Full of hard lessons to teach”.
