Acre film “Alien Nights” will be shown at the UFAC Cine Coliseu/Photo: Reproduction
Filmed on the streets of the capital of Acre, the feature film is a drama that follows the trajectories of three childhood friends — Rivelino, Sandra and Paulo — amid the social transformations experienced in the city. The narrative addresses personal conflicts, choices and paths that influence the destiny of a generation marked by daily challenges.
Inspired by the novel of the same name, the film mixes realism and engaging narrative elements to portray human dilemmas, emotional relationships and the experiences of local youth. The work stands out for giving visibility to stories little represented in Brazilian cinema, with a sensitive and visually striking approach.
The cast includes Gleici Damasceno, Gabriel Knoxx, Adanilo and Chico Díaz. The screening is open to the public and takes place at the Cine Coliseu headquarters, located on the UFAC campus.
