St. Pölten/Vienna – The lawsuit prepared by the state of Lower Austria for a person affected in the guest patient conflict with the city of Vienna has been filed with the regional court for civil law matters in the federal capital, as was the case on Saturday evening Crown newspaper reported online. State Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner (ÖVP) announced the move a month ago.
