Entrepreneur and influencer Zuzana Strausz Plačková and her husband René Strausz are experiencing the most beautiful period of their lives. Their son Dionko became a big brother and on Friday, February 6, 2026, they welcomed their daughter Ayana. After giving birth, Zuzana spoke to her followers on the social network and revealed how she copes with the first days.
Plačková has had a caesarean section, which can be more difficult to recover from than a natural birth. “The first day was fine, the first night was terrible. Yesterday, it was already morning when I got up, so I went to take a shower, I got myself together, so yesterday I spent the whole day trying to walk from one side of the room to the other, because I knew that the more I walk through the pain, the better it will be,” she said on Sunday.
She also went through the pain and it helped her. “I woke up this morning feeling fine of course it still hurt a little, but I just let it go. I now walk normally straight, not hunched over, I sit normally, I basically do everything at 85-90% of what I normally do, so great“, she boasted.
She was most looking forward to returning home. She moved everyone on the social network when she published pictures of Dionko seeing his little sister for the first time. “Well, and about Dion, because I’ll leave the hospital after that, I won’t be coming back, but it was such a wonderful experience to see them. He normally ran here and found out on the way that actually – oh, but there is a baby! So he completely bypassed me and went right after her, and I have a lot of videos of how he behaved beautifully, because the little one brought dinosaurs from his belly, and he was completely done” said the proud mother of two children.
The boy behaved in an exemplary manner. “So she gave him toys, so he played here. Then I said that I was going to fuck her, so no, he had to fuck her, then of course he wanted to play with her, but he probably doesn’t understand it yet, that she is still very small. And he kept saying to her – sit here, but he was completely nice to her, really. I really didn’t expect this. I expected anything, but not this” she said honestly.
She was already struggling during the last days of her pregnancy. “And I still have to say in conclusion, and I’m already ending, right? I’m so glad that I have it now that the 9 months are over. The last days have been absolutely terrible for me, it was really too much and I’m happy that I’m done with the caesarean section, the pain, and everything,” she let herself be heard.
Plačková was released from the hospital on Monday, February 9. “For us, a new stage of life with two children is starting, since we will go home tomorrow with the little one and I plan to enjoy it very much. Really, those children, that’s absolutely, that’s really the most beautiful thing that a person can have in life and I wish it from the bottom of my heart to everyone” she told her followers the day before.
She knows what time it is and realizes that many women are unable to conceive. “But believe me, I wish from the bottom of my heart that it will work out for you one day, so that you can also enjoy what I am currently experiencing, so don’t give up, don’t despair, one day it will definitely come and you will experience something similar,” added Zuzana Strausz Plačková, who was overcome with emotion at these words and wiped her tears.
